The latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox is recommended to access the Therap Connect web application.\n\n

  1. \n Enter https:\/\/secure.therapconnect.net\/<\/a> in your browser URL bar. This will open the Therap Connect login page. The option to enter your login credentials will be on the right side of the page. A Therap Services<\/span><\/a> link is available on the upper right hand corner to navigate to the Therap Services web application.\n \"Screenshot\n For training and testing purposes, you can also access the non-production Therap Connect Beta site from https:\/\/beta.therapconnect.net\/<\/a>\n <\/li>

  2. \n To log into Therap Connect, enter your Login Name<\/span>, Password<\/span>, and Provider Code<\/span>, and click on the Therap Connect Login<\/span> button. The Password<\/span> and Provider Code<\/span> fields are case-sensitive.\n \"Screenshot\n <\/li>\n
  3. \n If you enter an incorrect Login Name<\/span>, Password<\/span>, or Provider Code<\/span>, an error message stating \u201cInvalid Credentials\u201d<\/span> will be displayed. Entering the incorrect Password<\/span> 3 times will result in your account becoming password locked.\n \"Screenshot\n <\/li>\n
  4. \n If your account is currently password locked or locked by a Provider Admin, then the message \u201cYour account has been locked. Please contact your agency administrator.\u201d<\/span> will be displayed.\n \"Screenshot\n <\/li>\n
  5. If you forgot your password, you may click on the Forgot Password?<\/b> link to reset your password. This will take you to the \u2018Forgot Password?\u2019 page, where you will find appropriate instructions to reset your password. You may click on the Back<\/b> button to go back to the Login page.\n \"Screenshot\n <\/li>\n
  6. If you are successfully logging into your account for the first time or after your password has been reset by an admin, you will be forced to update your password. Enter your new password in the New Password<\/span> and Confirm New Password<\/span> fields. Both ASCII and Unicode characters are allowed for these fields, including spaces in between characters. The minimum requirements for passwords are:\n
      \n
    • Length has to be between 8 to 64 characters<\/li>\n\t
    • Must contain 1 or more uppercase English characters<\/li>\n\t
    • Must contain 1 or more lowercase English characters<\/li>\n\t
    • Must contain 1 or more numbers<\/li>\n\t
    • Must contain 1 or more special characters<\/li>\n\t
    • No leading or trailing whitespace<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n Appropriate validation error messages will be shown if incorrect passwords are entered, if they do not meet the minimum requirements, or if required fields are kept empty. Click on the Update<\/span> button to update your password and navigate to your Therap Connect Dashboard.\n \"Screenshot\n <\/li>\n \n
    • Users can also use the Therap Connect<\/b> button on their Therap Services HomePage to log in directly into their active Therap Connect account. This button will only be visible if the Unified Login feature has been enabled for the provider. To enable this feature, a Provider Admin must submit a request to a Therap Admin. For logins performed via this feature, an additional note stating \u201cLogin initiated from Therap Services\u201d<\/i> will be displayed in the User Activity records under the Login type.\n \"Screenshot\n \n Each time a user clicks on the Therap Connect<\/b> button within Therap Services, a new browser tab will open, and the user will be automatically logged into Therap Connect. The user sessions for Therap Services and Therap Connect are entirely independent, logging out of Therap Services will not log you out of Therap Connect and vice versa.<\/li>\n
    • \n Once logged in, you can log out of Therap Connect by clicking on your profile initials at the top right corner, and then clicking on Logout<\/span>. Therap Connect Provider Admins will be able to view the \u2018User Type\u2019 information in the logout panel, which will not be displayed for the regular users. Once work is complete, users are recommended to log out from Therap Connect and close the tab.\n \"Screenshot\n <\/li>\n
    • The following error messages will be received if:\n\t
        \n\t\t
      • A user attempts to log in to Therap Connect using Unified Login from Therap Services and the provider or user does not exist in Therap Connect, or the user is deactivated, or the provider is inactive in Therap Connect, and the user will be redirected to a new tab:
        \n\t\t\u2018Invalid Credential\u2019<\/i>\n\t\t\"Screenshot<\/li>\n\t\t\n\t\t
      • A user attempts to log in to Therap Connect using Unified Login from Therap Services and the user account in Therap Connect is locked:
        \n\t\t\u2018Your Therap Connect account has been locked. Please contact your agency administrator\u2019<\/i>\n\t\t\"Screenshot<\/li>\n\n\t\t
      • When attempting to log in to Therap Connect using Unified Login from Therap Services, if the login process takes more than 30 seconds, and the user will be redirected to a new tab:
