Our Leadership Team

Justin Brockie is the Chief Operating Officer of Therap Connect.

A champion of Person-Centered, Data-Driven thinking, Justin leads the vision and development of the Therap application, while working closely with the Customer Support team to enhance user experience in accordance to these values. He is also heavily involved with Therap’s government operations, overseeing 25+ major state contracts from proposal through implementation.

Before officially joining the Therap team, Justin managed Day and Residential services at an agency in Connecticut, where he was one of Therap’s first users.
