In her role, Maureen oversees the implementation and ongoing customer success of 10,000+ agencies, as well as support team members across the country. Maureen is committed to finding innovative ways to enhance user experience by developing training processes and materials.

Passionate about improving lives, Maureen worked for over 20 years in the human services field prior to joining Therap.
